Effective April 30, 2009 the Telkwa Storefront will be temporarily closed – visit us again soon!
Located at the corner of Hankin Avenue and Highway 16 in Telkwa, the Northwest Premuim Meat storefront is a large part of our 8,000 square-foot building.
Open Monday through Friday 9 – 6 and Saturday 9 – 5, value-added products including a variety of sausage, beef patties, jerky, etc. are produced in the sausage kitchen and available in the store.
Master Butcher, Master Sausage Maker, Holger Rudolph welcomes special requests for items made to order. Holger is constantly busy experimenting with new recipes for sausages and oven ready products. Stop by the sausage kitchen to see what he’s been up to lately.
